Parc Redland is a first of its kind 100% Design for Life community.
Design for Life is a Montgomery County, Maryland program that provides property tax credits to assist with the costs of accessibility home improvements. The program has two levels of eligibility: (I) VISITable, and (II) LIVEable. Every single unit of our inaugural project, Parc Redland, meets the Level II LIVEable standard. Each buyer is eligible to apply for property tax credits of $2,000 per year over five years, or a total of $10,000 in tax credits.

There are a number of features installed in our homes that make Parc Redland units eligible for the tax credit. Most notable are our standard, oversized 3 story elevators, that make it easy to travel from floor to floor.
Our zero-step entries into the home, and curbless showers within demonstrate the thoughtful integration of accessibility in ways large and small , but these features don't stop at the front door. The entire community, including raised gardening beds and community areas are designed with ease of access in mind.
